HALF DAY

ADDITIONAL EXPENSES REQUIRING TO BE MET BY YOU AS MY CLIENT
- I am prepared to undertake all of your travel and accommodation arrangements on payment of a pre negotiated fee.
- However, in normal circumstances, I would prefer that you book your own accommodation.
- In addition you would arrange my dinner and accommodation costs during the parts of extended tours that take us outwith the Edinburgh area.
- Whilst within the Edinburgh area I would not normally require accommodation or evening meal unless you, as my client, required that I be close at hand.
- Whilst engaged in extended tours outwith the Edinburgh area, if you are unable to make arrangements on my behalf, I am happy to arrange my own dinner and accommodation on payment of an additional daily fee of £75.
- Transportation expenses between locations
- Entrance fees to all pay-to-enter sites
- Reasonable daytime food expenses
- Reasonable out of pocket expenses incurred in travelling to meet your group outwith the Edinburgh/Midlothian area
- Reasonable pre-negotiated expenses incurred for time involved in any preparation including tour planning for tours in excess of one day

DRIVER GUIDED TOURS
I will provide a suitable vehicle for you, your party and your luggage. All rates will include fuel costs and my services as driver guide

- Whilst staying within the Edinburgh area I would not normally require accommodation or evening meal unless you, as my client, required that I be close at hand.
- Whilst engaged in extended tours outwith the Edinburgh area, if you are unable to make arrangements on my behalf, I am happy to arrange my own dinner and accommodation on payment of a daily fee of £75.
- Entrance fees to all pay-to-enter sites
- Ferry crossings forming part of the tour for vehicle and all occupants
- Reasonable daytime refreshment expenses
SETTLEMENT
Payment may be made by British cheque or by cash
A confirmation fee of 10% will be required at the time of booking. Settlement of the balance will normally be required at the start of the tour. If, by prior agreement, the tour is to be subject to post tour invoice, settlement in full should be made within 14 days of the date of the invoice.
CANCELLATION FEES
In the event of your having to cancel:
Any fee paid for pre-negotiated work already carried out for pre-tour planning will not be refunded
50% of the fee will be payable for tours cancelled between one week (7 days) and two days (48 hours) of the scheduled start date
100% of the fee will be payable for tours cancelled within two days(48 hours) of the scheduled start date
In the event of my becoming unavailable to accompany you on your tour it will be my responsibility to ensure that your tour goes ahead in the company of a suitably qualified guide and under the agreed terms and conditions
